Meet the Team

Tom is a graduate of Scranton Prep and the University of Scranton, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Russian History and a Master's degree in American History. He attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Tom is a member of the DC, MD and VA Bar Associations. Tom has tried hundreds of cases in different areas of the law including personal injury protection coverage, slip and fall, contract actions, theft, collections, defense work, uninsured motorists coverage, and the reasonability of medical bill charges. A resident of Maryland, Tom has litigated cases in both district and circuit courts of Maryland, DC Superior Court, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He lives with his family in Silver Spring.

Born in Silver Spring, MD; Lou has maintained strong local ties to the Washington area. He graduated from UVA undergrad and George Mason Law School. Lou is a member of the DC and VA Bar Associations. Lou has negotiated multiple car accident cases for approximately or in excess of $ 1M. Lou currently resides in Gainesville, VA with his wife.
